Diagnosis.
Males of
B. gaujoni
most resemble
B. fauna
and
B. riveti
but are distinguished by one retrolateral apical tibial spine and large metatarsal tubercle (
Fig. 34A
, arrow), absent in the latter two species (
Figs 15C
,
20A
).
Distribution.
Only found at the
type
locality in
Loja Province
,
Ecuador
.
Note.
The jar contained a
holotype
designation label written by Indicatti
R
. P. in 2007, but we were unable to find in the literature a formal type designation
.
