Theognete fulgida Anderson , new species ( Figures 4 , 61 , 66 , 70 ) Diagnosis . Size. Length, male, 3.20–3.79mm ; female, 3.09–3.79mm . Width, male, 1.57–1.69mm ; female, 1.41–1.69mm . Body form more elongate, slender. Pronotum elongate, shining, without microsculpture; very finely punctate, each puncture with a very fine appressed hair-like scale. Ventrite 5 as in T. denticulata except with apical row of irregular punctures, no excavation present. Aedeagus as in Fig. 66 . Geographical distribution . México ( Hidalgo , San Luis Potosí ) . Natural history . Collected from berlese extraction of cloud forest, moist oak forest and pine-oak forest leaf litter at elevations ranging from 1050–1700m . Derivation of specific name .
