Comments.
Part of the
L. fischeri
group, which also contains
L. fischeri
and
L. thomensis
(
Röll
et al.
2010
)
. The presence of its close relative species
L. fischeri
in
Río Muni
(
Loveridge 1947
), suggests that both taxa could be sympatric. They can be readily differentiated based on the number of rows of enlarged subcaudal scales, with two enlarged rows in
L. fischeri
and a single one in
L. conraui
(
Boulenger 1890
;
Loveridge 1947
;
Trape
et al.
2012
).
