China : Yunnan Province, Eryuan County, Niujie Township, Futianlin, Meicihe, 23.v.1996 , 1 male , light trap, B.X. Wang. Remarks. The species is described in detail by Roback (1971) . The presently examined specimen has slightly higher LR1 0.87 (n = 1), LR2 0.65 (n = 1), LR3 0.84 (n = 1), lower AR 1.07 (n = 1) and shorter wing 1.88 mm (n = 1) than the Nearctic specimens (LR1 0.64–0.73, LR2 0.57–0.60, LR3 0.72; AR 1.5–2.1; wing length 2.9–3.2 mm ). This species is known from the Nearctic region ( Coquillett 1902 , Roback 1971 ). The present paper records the species from Oriental region for the first time.
