DESCRIPTION — MALE: Body length 3.3 mm . Mesosoma black; metasoma dark castaneous. Head lost. Mesosoma Pronotal disc with anterior margin coarse, strongly coriaceous. Metapectal-propodeal complex with lateral and posterior areas partly carinate. Metasoma (Figure 137). Tergal process without depressions, with thin, small and long setae; with small tubercle, conical in longitudinal section, low, entirely laterad, with small pit on top, with very small tuft of setae dorsad. Hypopygium (Figure 229) with median stalk 1.5 x as long as hypopygial plate; lateral stalk triangular; posterior margin straight or nearly so. Genitalia (Figures 407-408). Aedeagal dorsal body with apex lower than parameral apex, wider basally, narrowing progressively apicad; apex with hand-shaped progression on outer lobe; ventral surface of apex keel-shaped. Aedeagal ventral ramus with apex lower than aedeagal dorsal body apex; apical region with digitiform pro- jections. Genital ring produced, each half straight in dorsal view. FEMALE: Unknown. ETYMOLOGY — The noun in apposition loliwara means softdrink in Tok Pisin.
