Description of female.
Like male, but with wider, more convex pronotum and shorter antennae, surpassing the hind pronotal angles by about 2.5 segments (
3.5 in
males) (
Fig. 104
). The sclerotized spines of bursa copulatrix as in
Fig. 239
.
Diagnosis.
Dima schimmeli
is a medium-sized species (body length: 10.3–13.0 mm) with pronotal punctures of variable size, sparser on disc and denser near margins, with long, straight,dense, semi-erect pubescence on pronotum and elytra (
Figs 102–104

), and long apical lobes of paramera (

). It is the only longhaired species in the region (

).

resembles the species from the north
