Diagnosis.
Medium size (
3.5 mm
) (

). Ocellar triangle flat; antenna dark brown (
Fig. 38B
). Scutum rounded, as broad as mesopleuron (
Fig. 38A
). Legs with coxae, trochanters, apical half to apical 2/3 of hind femur and apical half of hind tibia brown, otherwise yellow (

); mid tibia with 2 bristles about as long as mid tibia (1AD on basal third, 1AV on basal half); hind femur strongly swollen with 1AV row of spiniform bristle inserted on prominent tubercles (

), slightly swollen on females (

). Wing hyaline, pterostigma brown, wide, filling or ending near apex of cell r

, the former differing mainly by R
