Distribution. China (Gansu, Shaanxi, Henan, Ningxia, Hunan, Hubei) ( Fig. 109 ). Female ( Figs 23, 24 ): Body length 9–10.5 mm . Head muddy yellow, black are: apical half of frons continuing with ocellar area, upper part of hind orbit, upper part of occiput, antenna except ventral sides of pedicel and scape; dorsal part of body black, muddy yellow are: pronotum except median, tegula, a V-shaped spot on lateral sides of median mesoscutal lobe, a central butterfly-shaped spot and lateral margin on lateral mesoscutal lobe, mesoscutellum, posttergum, metascutellum, median part of metapostnotum, hind parts of all terga, ovipositor sheath except apex and dorsal margin; body ventrally muddy yellow. Legs muddy yellow, black are: a narrow stripe each on dorsal part of four legs from apex of femur to claw, a broad inner band on apical 3/7 of metafemur, dorsal and apex of metatibia, metatarsus except ventral side on base of each tarsomere. Wings pale infuscate, subhyaline, fore wing vein C, R1, 2r and stigma pale brown, other veins black. Punctures on dorsal part of head rather large, shallow and scattered, microsculpture dense, interspaces distinctly shiny; upper part of mesepisternum with a few large and shallow punctures, punctures on other part minute, shallow, interspaces strongly shiny; disc of mesoscutellum polished, without punctures, lateral part with scattered and small punctures, interspaces slightly shiny; posttergum polished, punctures absent, microsculpture indistinct, interspaces strongly shiny. Malar space 2 times diameter of median ocellus; median fovea ditch-like, widely and shallowly reaching to median ocellus; postocellar area slightly elevated, 1.5 times as broad as long ( Figs 51 , 68 ); antenna shorter than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 about 1.1 times length of flagellomere 2; mesoscutellum elevated, with acute lateral ridge. Ovipositor sheath distinctly shorter than hind tarsomere 1 in lateral view, valvula 3 round at apex and distinctly longer than valvifer 2 in lateral view. Lancet with 23 serrulae (Fig. 81), base of each serrula oblique, middle serrulae each with 2 basal denticles and 10–13 distal denticles (Fig. 93). Male. Unknown.
