) with median process moderately flattened ventrally, with a weak, longitudinal, medial ridge at dorsal surface; lateral processes short and wide; endophallus with lateral spiculae long and recurved apically.

Agetocera yuae
differs by the laterally flattened median process and the long and narrow lateral processes of the male genitalia.

The new species name is a combination of the two collecting sites (Hualien and Taitung counties).
