Neodurium duplicadigitum Zhang & Chen , sp. nov. ( Figs.10–18 ) Description : Body length (incl. tegm.): 5.4mm 5.6mm ; Tegmen length: 4.4mm 4.5mm . Coloration : Body brown. Vertex Greenish brown. Eyes dark brown. Frons aqua brown. Clypeus brown with dark brown stripes. Rostrum pale brown. Antenna dark brown. Pro-and mesonotum pale brown with slightly aqua. Tegmina brown, hindwings dark brown; Legs brown with dark brown spots or stripes. Abdomen ventrally dark brown. Head and thorax : Vertex ( Fig.10 ) pentagonal, apical margin obtusely angulately convex, posterior margin slightly excavate, 1.7 times wider at base than long in middle line, each side with a oval spot near posterior angle. Frons ( Fig.11 ) with median and submedian carinae, submedian carinae reaching to and ending at lateral margins, 1.3 times longer in middle line than the widest part. Clypeus disc convex. Rostrum slightly surpassing mesotrochanters. Pronotum with median carina, each side with a small pit near midline. Mesonotum triangular, disc excavate, each side with a convexity. Tegmina ( Fig.12 ) subquadrate, 2.2 times longer than wide, longitudinal veins distinct, without cross veins. Radius simple not forked; Mediana bifurcate, Cubitus anterior bifurcate. Hindwings ( Fig.13 ) 0.4 times as long as tegmina, slightly incised on apical margin into two lobes, veins simple. Pro- and mesofemora compressed. Hind tibiae with a small tooth near base and two big teeth near apex. Spinal formula of hind leg 6-10-2. FIGURES 10–18. Neodurium duplicadigitum Zhang & Chen , sp. nov. 10. Head and thorax, dorsal view; 11. Frons; 12. Tegmen; 13. Hindwing; 14. Male genitalia, lateral view; 15. Anal segment, lateral view; 16. Aedeagus, lateral view; 17. Aedeagus, ventral view; 18. Genital style, lateral view. Scale bars = 0.5 mm (Figs. 13, 15, 16), 1.0 mm (Figs. 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18) Male genitalia : Anal segment in dorsal view subtriangular, even along apical margin, each side with an angular convexity in lateral margin near base; ventrally with a horny process with a V-shape gap in its apex; anal foramen near middle ( Fig.15 ). Genital styles in lateral view, oval, process like a hook near middle of dorsal margin ( Fig.18 ). Aedeagus shallowly U-shaped in lateral view, with lateral, ventral and dorsal lobes, ventral and dorsal lobes nearly equal in length, lateral lobes longest; dorsal margin of aedeagus with a pair of finger-like processes near middle; aedeagus with a pair of ventral hooks blade-like apically, directed cephalad ( Figs.16, 17 ). Material examined Holotype : , China : Yunnan Province , Dali , 4 Aug. 2006 , Zhang Zheng-Guang . Paratypes : 1♂ , 3♀♀ , same data as for holotype . Remarks This new species is similar to N. digitiformum Ran & Liang , but differs from the latter in: (1) the aedeagus with a pair of dorsal processes ( Fig. 16 ); (2) spinal formula of hind leg 6-10-2. Etymology “Duplic” means “dual”, this species is named for its aedeagus with a pair of finger-like processes in middle. Distribution Southwest China ( Yunnan ).
