Remarks.
This new species resembles
Stigmaeus malekii
Haddad, Bagheri & Khanjani,
2006
in lacking of reticulations on the dorsal shields, the central shield bearing three pairs of setae, divided intercalary shield, femur II with four setae and three pairs of aggenital setae located on the same shield. However, it can be distinguished from the latter by the presence of apodemal marking on the idiosoma, one pair of eyes, post-ocular bodies evident and different numbers of setae on leg genua I–II and tarsi I–II. Genua I–II have 4(κ)–4(κ) and tarsi I–II have 14(ω)– 10(ω) in the new species whereas these counts are 3–3, 13(ω)–8(ω) respectively in
S. malekii
.
