Stenoxenous species associated with the magpies ( Passeriformes : Corvidae ): Cissa chinensis (Boddaert) from Indochina ( Skoracki et al . 2004 ) and Urocissa erythrorhyncha (Boddaert) [ new host ] from Indochina (present paper).
