Metastenoxenous species associated with the coraciiform birds (Coraciiformes): Phoeniculus purpureus (Muller) (Phoeniculidae) from Rwanda ( Fain et al . 2000 ), Upupa epops africana Bechstein (Upupidae) from Tanzania ( Skoracki & Hromada 2013 ) and U. e. epops Linnaeus from Kazakhstan , Macedonia , Nepal , and Pakistan (present paper).
