Definition.
Setae eight per segment, closely paired. One gizzard in V. Esophagus with extramural calciferous glands in segment IX. Metagynous, holandric and holonephridial. Last hearts in XI. Male pores in XVII. Prostatic pores and tubular prostates in XVII. Adiverticulate spermathecae in IX. Dorsal pores present. Four paired genital markings on setae

associated with enlarged and modified genital setae.
Etymology.
The name of the new genus derives from
Brasilisia
de Jesus Maramaldo, the Livramento Island owner and protector.
