Lin & Y.F. Tong leg. ( IZCAS ) . Etymology. The specific name is a noun in apposition taken from the type locality. Diagnosis. The new species resembles L. andreevi Deltshev (1985) , but can be distinguished by the straight tibial spur I of male pedipalpus, the tibial spurs II–V concentrated at distal tibia retrolaterally, the presence of a plumose long spine anear the pedipalpal tarsus end prolaterally, and the female spermathecae far aparted, the atrium with short hairs at anterior margin. A finely serrated hairs-comb at the ventral bases of the metatarsi II and III respectively. Opisthosoma pale yellow, ovoid, covered with hairs, surface rugose posteriorly. Pedipalpal femur without large spine, a dorsal spine at patella distally, tibia with 3 trichobothria dorsally and 5 large spurs retrolaterally (tibial spur I strong, bifurcated at tip; the rest concentrated at distal end of tibia), tarsus no contracted at middle, with a small earlobe-shaped process attaching slender hairs, a long spine at tarsus ventrally, 3 large spines and one plumose spine anear tarsal end; bulb ovoid, surface smooth, two piece of rugose membranes at apex of bulb, median apophysis absent.
