Diagnosis.
Both sexes:

4
10–15 long; lyrifissure stp2 level with stp

; sternogynial shield reticulate, but not honeycomb-like, flanked by several pores, not surrounded by a distinct smooth area. Male: sternoventral shield with suture behind genital opening demarking anterior smooth and posterior reticulated areas; genital opening not flanked by pores; seta

Remarks.
The
holotype
is in poor condition. Two of the
paratype
males (N1952288-N1952289) are in good condition. This species is very similar to
F. bornemisszai
, but I have tentatively retained this species on the basis of its small ventrianal shield (260 wide) and longer sternal setae.
