Most specimens from Baffin Island (Clyde Inlet), but one specimen from Peary Land (Greenland). They are characterized by almost completely smooth mediotergites 1 and 2. No DNA sequences are available. We have seen other specimens from localities in mainland Canada. Additional study of the whole Holarctic fauna of 
<taxonomicName class="Insecta" family="Braconidae" genus="Glyptapanteles" higherTaxonomySource="GBIF" kingdom="Animalia" lsidName="Glyptapanteles" order="Hymenoptera" pageId="10" pageNumber="59" phylum="Arthropoda" rank="genus">Glyptapanteles</taxonomicName>
will be needed before the identity of this species can be established.
