( Figures 8 , 9 , 10 ) urn:lsid:zoobank.org:act: 746E9BD4-D7FD-4CA9-AFB4-6C0AF6D89EE6 Type material: Uruguay : Colonia . Holotype : J. Lacaze , Rincón del Sauce [ 34°25′S 57°26′W ], 12 February 1978 , J. Blengini ( MNHN 1332 ) . Paratype : Uruguay , Same locality and collector, 20 November 1979 ( MNHN 1318 ) . Other material examined. Uruguay : Maldonado , Balneario Solís [ 34°47′S 55°23′W ], 3 June 1978 , A.R.M. Geep, 1♂ (MNHN 1344); Cerro Largo : Ruta 8, Río Tacuarí [32°46′S 53°18′W], 15 April 1965, F. Achaval, 1♂ (MNHN 627). Etymology. The specific name refers to the country Uruguay. Diagnosis. Females of A. uruguayense can be recognized by the shape of their spermathecae ( Fig. 9E ), with two irregular lobes. Males can be differentiated from those of all other species in Uruguay by their rastellum hav- ing cuspules (similar to that of A. gerschiapelliarum, A. fernandezi, A. insignis and A. puelche ). Males and females differ from those of A. insignis and A. puelche by the sternum center having a slight depression and from those of A. gerschiapelliarum by the absence of spiniform bristles on the dorsal femur III and from A. fernandezi by the copulatory bulb shape ( Fig. 8 H–J).
