Remarks.
In the material from Bermagui,
New South
Wales
(AM P.92234), the
telson
is longer than broad unlike the specimen figured by
Lowry & Springthorpe (2005)
which is broader than long. The antennae 1 article is also variable in the number of robust setae along the posterior margin, the right peduncle has three evenly spaced setae while the left has only two distal robust setae, which differs from the
Lowry & Springthorpe (2005)
material which has one proximal and one distal robust setae. These differences are considered intraspecific variation.
