Diagnosis
. Head with fronto-orbital, outer and inner vertical setae, also with

vibrissa only (sometimes small). Antennal
arista bare. Thorax without postmetacoxal bridge: posteroventral area of thorax posterior and dorsal to hind coxae
(between metepimera) membranous. Fore coxa without an osmeterium. Mid coxa bare, without strong seta in dorsal 1/2.
Male fore femur with 2 black spines posteriorly (

). Male hind tibia with an osmeterium anterodorsally.
