has been recorded in
Canada
from
Ontario
east to
Prince Edward Island
and
Nova Scotia
(
McNamara 1991
;
Majka and Cline 2006
), and in the
United States
from
New York
south to
West Virginia
and west to
Tennessee
and
Ohio
(
Easton 1955
). The species is commonly found on flowers of
Rubus canadensis
L. (
Rosaceae
) and
Syringa
(
Oleaceae
) (
Easton 1955
).
