Diagnosis.
So far, this species-group contains
M. saperda
(
Simon, 1900
)
,
M. pardo
(
Costa & Ruiz, 2017
)
, and
M. procax
(
Simon, 1900
)
. These three species lack the tegular slit (see
Ruiz
et
al. 2019
). The species of this group usually have simple (straight, acute) RTA and poorly developed RvTA (
Ruiz
et al.
2019
). This condition is present in the species previously described, but the RTA is more complex in
Matinta tatianae
sp. nov.
(see below).
