: Uncus tapered, gnathos of similar length to uncus, valva pointed, sacculus terminating in a small hook, aedeagus with 4–5 strong cornuti.
Female genitalia: Illustrated by

: ostium and antrum wide, seminal duct prominent, ductus bursae wide and wrinkled, corpus bursae with large bulla on one side.
Diagnosis: The greyish colour of the forewing and chequered fringe distinguish this from other members of the genus together with the multiple cornuti in the aedeagus.
