The male genitalia are very similar to those of F. nesiotes sp. nov. but can be distinguished by the process on the ventral margin of the valva, which is shorter, running closely along the valva. The female is as yet unknown. Adult ( Fig. 11 , lectotype ). Wingspan, 15.0–17.0 mm. Male genitalia ( Figs. 42, 42 a). See Clarke (1965 : Pl. 30, Figs. 2 a–b).
