In accordance with ICZN Recommendation 73F to not assume types, I am designating here one of the other two, a male, as lectotype with the following labels “ Santa Rosa / Low, Cal. // H.C. Fall / Collection // MCZ-ENT [QR code] 00732367 // [on red] LECTOTYPE / Trichodesma beyeri / Fall Designated by / Schnepp, 2023 ” ; deposited in the MCZC.
