Redescription.
Adult (

). Wingspan 16.5–17.5 mm in male, 16.5–18.0 mm in female. Head: Labial palpus slightly longer than diameter of compound eye, outer surface yellowish white, third segment white. Frons white, vertex with erect, rough white scales. Antenna ciliate, yellowish white except yellow at base. Tegula yellowish brown. Thorax: Dorsum yellowish brown basally, with erect crest of reddish brown scales posteriorly. Legs yellowish white, outer side of foreleg, tibiae and tarsi of mid-leg with gray brown scales. Forewing narrow; costal margin slightly convex from base to middle; apex short and pointed; termen obliquely straight; tornus broad; upperside ground color of forewing pale yellow on upper 1/3, with scattered brown and white scales, brown on lower 2/3; costal margin yellowish brown, tornus golden; cilia yellowish; underside pale brown. Hindwing upperside gray white, tinged with yellow at apex; underside pale. Abdomen: Gray dorsally, pale yellowish ventrally. Male genitalia (

) with tegumen broad and short, with subquadrate intercalar sclerite between arm and tegumen. Uncus slender and curved, pointed apically, with a few bristles. Socius slender. Gnathos with arms thick at base, terminal part short and apically obtuse. Transtilla broad, narrowed at middle. Valva broadened basally, strongly narrowed beyond middle, forming a distinct neck medially; cucullus somewhat triangular, hairy dorso-apically, extending downward ventrally; costa developed. Sacculus very long, strongly curved, with free termination exceeding termination of costa. Juxta rounded. Aedeagus short and curved; coecum penis and caulis developed; vesica with sclerotized fold; cornuti absent. Female genitalia (

) with papillae anales with a large lobe. Apophyses posteriores with broad basal plate. Antrum broad, cup-shaped, sclerotized; ductus bursae thick and short; corpus bursae large, oval; single signum large, oblong, without capitulum.
