Figs 4–7 , 16 Type material. Holotype : male ( RMNH ), Diamond Cave [8°04'01.34ʺN, 98°54'59.11ʺE], Krabi Province, Thailand , 3 January 1989 , C.L. Deeleman-Reinhold leg. Paratype : 1 female , same data as holotype . Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin word “anguis”, meaning “snake”, and refers to the snake-shaped embolus; adjective. Diagnosis. This new species is similar to T. strentarsi (see Lin & Li, 2010 ), but can be distinguished by the presence of six eyes, the snake-shaped embolus ( Figs 4 A–B, 5A–B) in the male, and the long, tube-shaped, spiral spermatheca ( Figs 4 C, 7A–B) in the female.
