Remarks.
The genital complex of the female of this caligid is characteristically triangular. The only known host of this copepod was
Halichoeres poecilopterus
(Richardson, 1846) which has been treated as a junior synonym of
Parajulis poecilepterus
(Temminck & Schlegel, 1845).
