Diagnosis
. A genus of
Spirostreptini
, sharing all characteristics of the tribe, in particular the unique tripartite tip of the gonopod telopodite with two separate openings of the efferent canal. Differs from other spirostreptinine genera by the combination of unmodified stigmatal grooves, the antetorsal gonopod telopodital process originating at the exit point of the telopodite from the gonocoel, and the gonopod metaplica with a distad apical process (
ap
) and a laterad lateral process (
lp
). Most species with the antetorsal process fringed and/or spinose.
