Head flat dome-shaped (

), lateral margins of preantennal area convex, frons rounded. Marginal carina broad, narrowing conspicuously near

, but not completely separating dorsal anterior plate and not reaching lateral head margins. Dorsal anterior plate about as broad as long, with sinuous thickening in posterior half. Ventral anterior plate rounded triangular. Head chaetotaxy as in
