Remark
: Described and keyed as one of several new species of the originally monotypic genus by
Miller (1957)
, it was subsequently reduced to a subspecies by
Dispons (1969)
. Its main features are the bicolored anterior pronotal lobe and the shape of the apical process of pygophore.
