Our specimens were identified as P. bogotensis based on the characters given by Werner (1916): tympanum transparent, half the diameter of the eye; supratympanic fold distinct; toe webbing basal. Remarks. This is a rare species; we recorded only two individuals, both from the interior of the large forest fragment ( Fig. 2A ). The preferred microhabitat of P. bogotensis was low branch, close to the ground. This species was nocturnal.
