Remarks.
The nominate subgenus
Pediopsoides
(
Pediopsoides
)
can be distinguished from other subgenera by the following combination of features: 1) pronotum with oblique striations; 2) forewing with two anteapical cells; 3) dorsal connective armed only at apex and freely attached to tenth tergite, 4) male pygofer side without articulated lobe, and 5) male pygofer process bifid or with fine teeth.
