Neodrymonia albinomarginata Schintlmeister, 2007 (new record for India ) ( Figs. 20 , 48 ) Neodrymonia albinomarginata Schintlmeister, 2007 ; In Schintlmeister & Pinratana (eds), Moths of Thailand Notodontidae (1): 187, fig. 150, pl. 29, 40. TL. Holotype : P, N Vietnam , Mt. Fan-si-pan, near Chapa. Material examined. India : 1 ♂ , Manipur , Ukhrul district , Shirui Hill (Site 4), 25.1112°N 94.4534°E , 2425 m , 25.VII.2019 ; genitalia slide no. JSI-GP 289; leg. JS Irungbam , (in coll. NZC , ZSI ) . Diagnosis. Forewing length 19 mm in males. N. albinomarginata closely resembles N. albinobasis but differs externally with well by the reddish-brown ground colour of the forewings ( Schintlmeister 2008 ). The basal, discal and the postmedian areas of the forewings are contrasting white coloured, which makes the species unmistakable. The hindwings are greyish brown. The male genitalia are characterized by a slightly bilobed uncus, a pair of robust and rectangular shaped socii which are circular shaped in albinobasis . The valves display a long and tapered costal process. The phallus bears many cornuti and a smaller spine. The shape of the 8th sternite is diagnostic, with a longer trilobate central part. Distribution. India : Manipur (In the present study). Elsewhere. Thailand , Vietnam ( Schintlmeister & Pinratana 2007 ).
