Remarks There are two females and nine males agreeing with Nixon’s description and labelled by him as Galesus quadridens . Of these, two are labelled as “type” and the rest as “ paratype “; however, since neither a unique holotype or lectotype has yet been fixed, all are still syntypes (Article 73.2). All are mounted on card points, the females are entire, the male labelled by Nixon as “type” is missing its head, and three other males are missing parts of their antennae.
