Similar to

as both have dark hind coxae and malar space about 1.2 x as long as basal width of mandible, but differs from this species by the clypeus lacking a protruberance ventrally, black flagellum and yellow legs.
Description.
Female
. Body length
3.4 mm
. Fore wing length
2.9 mm
.
Head distinctly rounded behind eyes in dorsal view; temple 0.65 x as long as eye width. Mandible slender, upper tooth longer than lower tooth. Clypeus broad, lenticular, distinctly punctate on its upper 0.7. Malar space about 1.2 x as long as basal width of mandible. Flagellum of antenna slender, with 15 flagellomeres; subbasal and middle flagellomeres 2.0–2.5 x as long as broad, subapical flagellomere 1.3–1.5 x as long as broad. Face, frons, vertex and temple with fine, shallow (sometimes indistinct) punctures, more or less smooth between punctures. Occipital carina complete. Hypostomal carina present.
Mesosoma elongate, 2.3 x as long as broad. Notaulus as short, moderately strong carina. Mesoscutum finely granulate with fine, sometimes indistinct punctures. Foveate groove of mesopleuron thin and long, weakly upcurved anteriorly. Mesopleuron punctulate, centrally more or less smooth, peripherally finely granulate. Propodeum granulate, with long, narrow basal area which is subequal in length to apical area. Distance between propodeal spiracle and pleural carina equal to 2.0 x diameter of spiracle. Apical area flat, anteriorly pointed; apical longitudinal carinae weak, developed only posteriorly.

distinctly reclivous (angle about 40°).
Legs moderately slender; hind femur slightly thickened, 3.7 x as long as broad.
Hind
spurs distinctly curved. Claws thin and long, not pectinate.
First tergite slender, 5.2 x as long as posteriorly broad, round in cross-section, gradually and very weakly widened from base to apex in dorsal view, smooth (petiole slightly striate laterally). Glymma absent. Second tergite 3.4 x as long as anteriorly broad. Thyridial depression about 5.0 x as long as broad. Ovipositor short, upcurved, with very shallow dorsal subapical depression; sheath somewhat shorter than first tergite or hind tibia.
Head black; clypeus brownish ventrally, palpi and mandible (teeth reddish) yellow-brown. Antenna black, scape, sometimes pedicel ventrally brown. Mesosoma, first metasomal segment black. Tegula dark brown. Pterostigma brown. Fore and mid legs brownish-yellow.
Hind
leg with coxa dark brown, trochanters yellowbrown, femur predominantly brown (darker dorsally and lighter basally and apically), tibia, tarsus yellowish brown to brown. Metasoma behind first tergite predominantly dark brown.
Male
. Malar space 0.8–1.0 x as long as basal width of mandible. Eyes greatly enlarged, distance between lateral ocellus and eye margin equal to 0.10–0.15 x diameter of ocellus. Temple 0.33 x as long as eye width in dorsal view. Antenna with 15–16 flagellomeres; second flagellomere in one male almost 3.0 x as long as broad. Mesosoma less elongate than in female, about twice as long as broad. First and second tergites much longer than in female. Legs and metasoma usually lighter than in female; hind coxa sometimes predominantly yellowish brown, only slightly brownish basally; hind femur sometimes extensively yellow.
Variation.
Basal section of propodeum 0.7–1.0 x length of apical area. Distance between propodeal spiracle and pleural carina equal to 1.5–2.5 x diameter of spiracle. Some
paratypes
are slightly lighter or darker than the
holotype
.
