New insights on the genus Scolopendrelloides Bagnall 1913 (Scutigerellidae, Symphyla) with descriptions of two new species Author Camacho, Miguel Domínguez text Zootaxa 2010 2558 48 60 journal article 10.5281/zenodo.196970 3666fab0-8087-4300-8256-cf94a81e9840 1175-5326 196970 Scolopendrelloides dolosa ( Ribaut 1914 ) , new combination Hanseniella dolosa Ribaut 1914 : pag. 43, figs. 10–20. Material examined. 1 paratype from Kenya MNHN K27. Length 1.3 mm . The observed specimen was pretty damaged and wrinkled. However, it was possible to observe some interesting features. The head is distinctly heart-shaped and somewhat flattened laterally ( Fig. 4 A, C). That the central rod is complete until the posterior end of the head, where it seem to form a triangular area. The transversal fold of the head seems to be the lateral branches of the central rod. Only the exterior opening of the Tömösváry’s organ is visible ( Fig. 4 C, arrow ). The tergites are emarginated posteriorly, with small tips, not visible in all tergites ( Fig. 4 A, B). Lateral machrochaetae are present on all tergites and the presence of a single pair in the penultimate one is characteristic of this species ( Fig. 4 D). Cuticle of tergites glabrous. Cerci conical, with straight angles and a moderate number of setae ( Fig. 4 D). The trichobothria’s pit do not present conspicuous setae.
