sp. nov.
(

Description.
Holotype
. Female. Body length 2.0 mm, fore wing length
2.1 mm
.
Head.
Transverse in dorsal view, 2.1× as wide as long, nearly as wide as mesoscutum (
Fig. 47e
). Temple shiny with shallow punctures, slightly constricted behind eyes from dorsal view. Face (
Fig.
47g
) transverse, 0.8× as high as wide, shiny, with minute punctures, inner margins of eyes distinctly, but not strongly, converged towards apex. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus hardly touching posterior pair of ocelli, distance between fore and a hind ocellus distinctly longer than diameter of an hind ocellus, POL:OD:OOL = 3.0:1.5:4.0. Antenna distinctly shorter than body length, penultimate antennomere 1.4× longer than wide.

Mesosoma.
Length:width:height = 33.0:22.0:21.0. Disc of mesonotum (
Fig. 47f
) shiny, with very shallow, sparse punctures. Scutellar sulcus weakly curved, shallow, and narrow with carinae inbetween. Scutellum shiny, polished, and without punctures. Propodeum (
Fig. 47d
) shiny, with well-defined areolation which open at at anterior end, three posterior fields shiny and polished, anterio-lateral parts shiny, nearly impunctate. Mesopleuron highly polished, anterior part with very shallow, sparse punctures.
Legs.
Hind coxa shiny and impunctate. Spines on outer side of hind tibia short and dense. Inner spur fully half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur half length of the inner one. Basitarsus of hind leg almost as long as tarsomeres 2–4.
Wings.
Pterostigma 3.0× as long as its widest part (
Fig. 47b
). Vein 1-R1 long, almost closing marginal cell. Vein
r arising
from apex of pterostigma,
r perpendicular
to pterostigma, as long as width of pterostigma, slightly longer than 2-SR, distinctly angled at meeting, 2-M nearly half length of 2-SR and as long as 1-SR and a little shorter than 2-SR+M, m-cu as long as width of pterostigma. First discal cell of fore wing 1.3× wider than high. Second discal cell of hind wing 2.0× wider than high. Vein cu-a curved (
Fig. 47c
).
Metasoma.
1.1× longer than mesosoma. T1 (
Fig. 47h
) parallel-sided, 1.4× longer than hind width, basal 1/3 concave, weakly finely rugulose laterally, turned-over part nearly quadrate, weakly finely striate. T2 nearly smooth with several indistinct punctures, 4.3× wider than long in middle, relatively strongly curved apically, sulcus between T2 and T3 indistict laterally. T3 1.8× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 shiny, polished, and pubescent. Hypopygium not longer than apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath 1.4× as long as length of hind tibia, nearly parallelsided. Ovipositor curved throughout, without attenuation.
Colour.
Black, tergites posterior to T2 more or less brown (
Fig. 47a, h
). Tegula brown. Palpi and spurs whitish. Antenna yellowish brown and ovipositor sheath dark brown. Labrum and mandible reddish brown. Legs brown, except fore leg, apex of middle femur, basal 1/3 of mid tibia, mid tarsus and basal third of hind tibia light yellowish brown. Wing membrane hyaline, upper border of pterostigma brown, vein 1-R1, C+SC+R, and remaining border of pterostigma, r, 2-SR and 2-M light yellowish brown, other alar veins almost colourless, pterostigma colourless with dark border.

Etymology.
The specific name “
opacifinis
” derived from the Latin “opacus” and “finis”, referring to pterostigma whitish with dark border.
Remarks.
This species is similar to
D. lebene
Nixon
, but differs in the following: disc of mesonotum with very shallow and sparse punctures (the latter deep and dense); general surface of propodeum nearly polished (the latter rugose); and face transverse (the latter slightly, but significantly lengthened).
