( Figs. 10E, 10F , 46 ) Diagnosis. This species is similar to S . ( S .) kanmiyai Okada & Sidorenko, 1992 in the shape of male terminalia (as fig. 3E–G in Okada & Sidorenko 1992 , Fig. 46A–G ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the brownish yellow body color ( Fig. 10E, F ); the surstylus with 1 peg-like tooth near distal margin ( Fig. 46A, B ); the aedeagus lacking pubescence distolaterally ( Fig. 46C, D ). FIGURE 46. Stegana ( Steganina ) lancang Li & Chen , sp. nov. , male (A–G) and female terminalia (H–J). A. Epandrium, surstylus, and cercus in lateral view; B. Surstylus in ventral view; C, D. Hypandrium, pregonite, aedeagus, and phallapodeme in ventral and lateral views; E, F.Aedeagal sheath in ventral and lateral views; G. Subepandrial sclerite in ventral view; H. Epiproct and cercus in dorsal view; I. Eighth sternite in ventral view; J. Hypoproct in ventral view. Description. Male: Clypeus and palpus yellow. Mesonotum brownish yellow ( Fig. 10E ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 10F ). Scutellum brownish yellow, brownish near distal margin ( Fig. 10E ). Halter mostly grey ( Fig. 10F ). Fore femur with a row of 3 strong setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brownish yellow ( Fig. 10E, F ); sternites yellow, about 2 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 46A–G ): Epandrium with 13 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 46A ). Surstylus with numerous setulae distally and some minute, serrated processes distoventrally ( Fig. 46C, D ). Aedeagal sheath acute apically, with 1 pair of acute processes subapically ( Fig. 46E, F ). Subepandrial sclerite vaulted ( Fig. 46G ). Female terminalia ( Fig. 46H–J ): Epiproct with several setae on distal 1/3 ( Fig. 46H ). Cercus and hypoproct with numerous setae and much pubescence ( Fig. 46H, J ). Eight sternite about 2 times as long as wide, mostly glabrous except with some setae distally ( Fig. 46I ). Measurements and indices.
