Frons at narrowest point hardly more than one-third the width of an eye; arista plumose on basal half; scutellum with both pairs of seta present, one basal and one apical; femora brown with grey pollinosity, yellow at tips; tibiae and tarsi yellow; hind tibia without a distinct submedian posterodorsal seta. Sternite 5 “U”shaped ( Fig. 16 ). Male terminalia. Cercal plate as in Fig. 17 ; surstylus short with spines on posterior margin. Aedeagal complex as in Fig. 18 ; distiphallus long, membranous at apex. Material examined. ANGOLA : Salazar, I.I.A.A.
