Specimens studied here give evidence of A. inflata ’s occurrence in the southern parts of Sweden (Öland, Småland, Bohuslän, Södermanland ). Characters to distinguish between the two siblings, A. inflata and A. inflatoides , are explained here under A. inflatoides . Spungis (1988) described the male of A. inflata to have 18 flagellomeres; our specimens have 15 to 19. FIGURES 18–24.
