This species is found from Nova Scotia to western Washington, as far north as southern Manitoba and southwestern British Columbia (Lindroth 1969a: 1036), south to west-central California, east-central Texas (Riley 2011), and southern Florida [see Madge 1967: Fig. 127]. The species has been rarely collected in the Great Plains. Records.
