Diagnosis.
This species is similar to
S

in the dark body color (

), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus lacking serrated process (

Description.
Male: First flagellomere brown. Clypeus dark brown medially, yellow laterally. Mesonotum and scutellum dark brown to black (Fig. 6C, D). Katepisternum brownish (Fig. 6D). Halter mostly grey (Fig. 6C). Fore
femur with 3 thin, long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites dark brown to black (
Fig. 6C, D
); sternites brown, about 2 times as wide as long. Male terminalia (
Fig. 28
): Epandrium with
ca
. 8 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side (

). Surstylus slightly curved subdistally, with 1 peg-like tooth and several setulae near distal margin (
