Hatch, 1951: 117. Type locality:
"Mary's
Peak, Benton Co[unty], Ore[gon]" (original citation). Holotype (♀) in CAS [# 8158]. Etymology. The specific name was proposed for Vincent Daniel Roth [1924-1997] who run for a long period the South Western Research Station of the American Museum of Natural History in the Chiricahua Mountains, Arizona. Roth was interested in spiders.
Distribution.
This species is known from four sites in Lincoln and Benton Counties in western Oregon (Brenner 2005).
