( Figs. 14A, 14B , 63 ) Diagnosis. This species is similar to S . ( S .) cornuta sp. nov. in the shape of epandrium, surstylus, cercus ( Figs. 32A, 32B , 63A ), aedeagus ( Figs. 32C, 32D , 63B, 63C ), and subepandrial sclerite ( Figs.32E, 32F , 63D, 63E ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the cercus with sparse pubescence ( Fig. 63A ); the pregonite blurry or absent ( Fig. 63B, C ); the subepandrial sclerite nearly triangular ( Fig. 63F ). FIGURE 63. Stegana ( Steganina ) yani Li & Chen , sp. nov. , male terminalia. A. Epandrium, surstylus, and cercus in lateral view; B, C. Hypandrium, aedeagus, and phallapodeme in ventral and lateral views; D, E. Aedeagal sheath in ventral and lateral views; F. Subepandrial sclerite in ventral view. Description. Male and female: First flagellomere brown. Clypeus brown. Mesonotum brownish ( Fig. 14A ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 14B ). Scutellum brown ( Fig. 14A ). Halter mostly grey ( Fig. 14B ). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites dark brown ( Fig. 14A, B ); sternites dark brown, about 1.2 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 63 ): Epandrium with ca . 12 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 63A ). Surstylus with 1 peg-like tooth and some setulae near distal margin, lacking serrated process and pubescence ( Fig. 63A ). Hypandrium roundly expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 63B, C ). Aedeagus with numerous minute, serrated processes distodorsally and much pubescence distoventrally ( Fig. 63B, C ). Aedeagal sheath distally slender, strongly dorsad curved, and with some minute, serrated processes ( Fig. 63D, E ). Measurements and indices.
