Four species are actually known: Agraecina striata Kulczynski from Europe, A. lineata (Simon) from the western Mediterranean region, A. canariensis Wunderlich from the Canary Islands and the remarkable blind A. christiani (Georgescu) species recently described from a cave in Romania.
