Paramere quadrangle-shaped in lateral view, with ca 3 sensillae medially (Fig.

Description.

Head

): Frons yellowish brown. Pedicel yellow. First flagellomere yellowish brown. Arista weak. Facial carina yellowish, developed, 1/2 length as face.
Thorax

): Mesonotum and scutellum yellowish. Acrostichal setulae in ca 8 irregular rows. Halter yellowish brown. Wings light brown and appreciably hyaline.

): Tergites yellowish.

): Epandrium with ca 23 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner on each side (Fig.

Etymology.
From the Latin word: "
sinuatus
", referring to the paramere, which is curved subbasally.
