Diagnosis.
This species is similar to
L. amurense
(Vachal)
from eastern Asia and
L
.
quadrinotatulum
(Schenck)
from Europe to eastern Asia. It is separated from these species by a combination of following character states: female mesoscutum with sparser PP (IS = 6 d in maximum); male F3 length/width ratio 1.2; male S2–S3 normal; gonocoxite of male genitalia not densely haired; and gonostylus of male genitalia basally narrow and apically expanded, and without basomedial projection. In contrast, in
L. amurense
, female mesoscutum with denser PP (IS = 3 d in maximum), male F3 length/width ratio 1.6, the male S2–S3 tuberculate, gonocoxite of male genitalia densely haired, and gonostylus of male genitalia slender and parallel-sided, and with basomedial projection; in
L. quadrinotatulum
, female mesoscutum with denser PP (IS = 4 d in maximum), male F3 length/width ratio 1.5, male S2–S3 normal, gonocoxite of male genitalia not densely haired, and shape of gonostylus of male genitalia similar to
L. sakagamii
, but with basomedial projection (
Sakagami
et al
. 1982
).
