BRAZIL , Espírito Santo : Alfredo Chaves ( S.F. Batatal ), 1 male and female in copula, 8.ix.2007 , manual, Alencar & Fraga leg. ( UFES ) . Remarks. This species was known from both sexes, from Brazil . It is widely distributed in the Brazilian Atlantic Forest. A couple in phoretic copulation was collected by Felipe Fraga at noon, in a house made of wood, and which had galleries built by wood-boring beetles. The house is surrounded by an agroforestry system. Two other couples of the same species were observed flying in copula during the afternoon.
