Yangus chiasiensis Fang, 1990 , syn. nov. Distribution. India : Tamil Nadu ( Mathur 1975 , as Psylla hyalina ; Kandasamy 1986 , as Psylla hyalina ); Uttarakhand ( Mathur 1975 ), as Psylla hyalina ). Host plant. Albizia procera (Fabaceae) . Mathur (1975) and Kandasamy (1986) listed also adult specimens from Cassia siamea ( Fabaceae ) which may, however, not be a host. Comments. Psylla hyalina Mathur, 1975 belongs to the genus Yangus Fang, 1990 ( Psyllidae , Aphalaroidinae ). We propose the following new combination: Yangus hyalinus ( Mathur, 1975 ) , comb. nov. from Psylla . Y. hyalinus and Yangus chiasiensis Fang, 1990 from Taiwan ( Fang 1990 ) are morphologically identical and share the same host plant. They are synonymised here as Yangus hyalinus ( Mathur, 1975 ) = Yangus chiasiensis Fang, 1990 , syn. nov.
